This privacy policy applies to the Zenly: Breathing & Meditation app for mobile devices, operated by Yogesh Yadav (collectively, the "Application"). Yogesh Yadav is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

Data Privacy & Local Operation

The Application operates entirely locally on your mobile device. The Service Provider does not own or operate external servers to collect, store, or transmit your personal data. 

Information Collection and Use

Because the Application runs completely offline and locally:
- The Service Provider does not collect your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address.
- No analytics regarding the pages you visit, time spent in the app, or your operating system are transmitted to external servers.
All user settings or app progress data remain securely stored inside your device's local storage.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Application does not use tracking cookies, tracking pixels, or non-essential third-party analytics SDKs. 

Artificial Intelligence & Audio Files

The Application features curated, ambient soundscapes and meditation sounds created using Artificial Intelligence (AI) generation tools. These audio files are pre-built or processed directly on-device. The Application does not transmit any of your personal data or voice inputs to third-party AI APIs or external clouds.

Third-Party Access

No data is shared with or transmitted to third-party services, as the Application functions independently on your device.

Your Rights & Deletion

Children

The Application does not knowingly collect or solicit data from children under 16 years of age, as no data collection occurs within the app.

Security

The Application utilizes standard iOS sandboxing and on-device encryption protocols provided by Apple to ensure your local app settings remain secure.

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected with a revised effective date on this page.
